Career Pathways to Success prepares Illinois Eastern Community Colleges' students with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully transition to college. Students will explore principles of student success: effective personal and academic skills, appropriate use of technology associated with the college, building campus and community connections, responsibility, accountability, and diversity. Includes instruction in the variety and scope of available employment, how to access job information, and techniques of self-analysis.
